Changing The Fraglimit Dynamically

I'm wanting to set up a dedicated server with voting on, full force, weapons etc. The problem is if there is a vote to change the gametype to duel.

 

In a standard ffa game you may want to set the fragimit to 50 or 0, which works fine, but then when the game is voted to duel this fraglimit stays at that value

 

In duel the fraglimit variable determines to how many kills the combatants go for before the next player in the spectator list has a turn. My preference is to set this to 1. But if it is at 0 from a previous gametypye then the first to players just keep going to the end of the map

 

If the fraglimit is set to 1 specifically for duel then if the server changes back to (say) ffa then as soon as one person gets a kill it switches to the next map.
