Nar Shaddaa box-room-lift??

Having broken through the glass ceiling of the building in the middle of the street and activating the bridge, i'm stuck when it comes to riding the lift up to the next level. there's a room with two moveable crates and a panel on the floor that brings the lift down. how do you get onto the lift before it shoots up again? i've tried speed but i'm not fast enough. has it got something to do with moving the bloclks?

I've been stuck their too for almost 1hour!

The trick is not to use just force speed, but also use force push on the crates! Push it on the point of the floor where the button is located that triggers the lift to go down.

Then walk on to it.

Something like that, sorry, need to wake up first....

to be more precice. you force pull or push to move the cate onto the pad. this lowers the lift and opens a window. get on the lift and force push the crate away to go up.

You need to push/pull the crate onto the switch/panel as you mention then get in the lift and use the push force power on the crate from inside the lift to get the lift moving back up.

I have read all about having to push/pull crates around to use this lift.....that wasn't exactly rocket science. Figured out if you push the crate on the floor plate it lowers the elevator -- but when you do that the little window closes. With the little window into the crate room closed it is impossible to push the crate OFF the floor plate to send yourself up...

 

I have moved those two crates around a lot - and as they only go to one of two positions, you can assume how annoying THAT is....so, how does one lower the lift AND still leave that little window open so you can force push the damn crate?
