MP Won't Start. (Black Screen.)

That's it...It won't start. I run it and it goes black. The system hasn't 'locked' per sa, but I have to reboot to get control again.

 

SP works fine, although the load times suck majorly and things got choppy ont he last level. (5 to 10 mins on initial start up.)

Voodoo 5 5500 (With WickedGL)

Any one know what my MP is doing? (Or not doing as the case may be?)

I have the same problem and nobody has answered my posts. Don't get your hopes up. I'm waiting on a reply from lucasarts tech support, hopefully they'll get back to me soon I e-mailed then on friday.
