All Cheats!!!

i found all cheats on ravens site:

http://www2.ravensoft.com/jedioutcast/faq.htm#cheats

1. How do I bring down the console?

You can bring down the console in Jedi Outcast by pressing and holding the SHIFT key and then pressing the ~ (tilde) key.

Do the same to put the console back up. Note: Console use and console commands are UNSUPPORTED!

2. How do I enable the cheats in Jedi Outcast?

Bring down the console and type "HelpUsObi 1" (minus the quotes/it is case sensitive) and press ENTER. This is the Quake III

equivalent of sv_cheats 1, which doesn't work in Jedi Outcast. You can also type devmap <mapname> to load a specific map

and have the cheats enabled once the map loads.

3. What are the cheat codes?

The cheat codes are essentially the same as Quake III: Arena. The main ones are:

god - God Mode

noclip - Noclip Mode

give all - Get all weapons

notarget - Enemies can't see you

timescale x - Speed up or slow down the game. Regular speed is x = 1. x = .5 is half speed, x = 2 is double speed etc.

map <mapname. - Warp directly to a map

saberColor 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.

You can give yourself Force powers at the console using these commands:

setForceJump

setSaberThrow

setForceHeal

setForcePush"

setForcePull"

setForceSpeed"

setForceGrip

setForceLightning

setMindTrick

setSaberDefense

setSaberOffense

setForceAll

Each power can be set to 1, 2 or 3. If you do setForceAll 3 for example, you'll get all powers at level 3. If you do setForceGrip 2,

you'll have Force Grip level 2. Each of these commands is case sensitive.

is it just me, or does everyone know this already ?

even if people don't know this, there are at least 6 web-sites i can name from the top of my head that already had them 4 days ago ! and this info was on this forum for about 20 times before your post, so it's pretty lame and useless.

definitely NOT! show me one FULL AND CORRECT post with all cheats in this forum; jedinightsii.com did not have the force cheats; it is true that this link was mentioned way back in one posting. after that the questions was brought up agian and again. that was my intention for posting it.

Thanx

The actual key to skip cinematics, according to the manual, is your "USE" key, the one you use to open doors/hit buttons, etc. I was at a loss for this as well since it is the ESCAPE key 99% of the time.

Hi there,

I'm unable to get the Command Console up after pressing the Shift and Tilder keys together. I'm using Win2K. Does anyone know if there is a problem under Win2k or of another way to get the console up.

I'd appricate any assitance.

Cheers,

Huw d.

*rant on*...That being that most of the cheats on this site are buried in forum threads, instead of 1 simple easy to find webpage.

I'm not saying this just because I'm a lazy SOB, but forum searches are a pain in the ass. Having a forum for strategies is one thing, but one webpage listing all the cheats in one friggin' place is another.

In this way whenever someone has a cheat query, you point them to one place. Granted, I'm sure not every cheat has been found yet, but once they are, you just update that one page . Short, simple, easy to find.

The only other gripe I have is people forgetting to put the correct syntax for cheats on some people's cheat query threads when they are asking for help. It's almost as if they think it's common knowledge or something by now when its not.

One example I found was somene saying something about switching stances, yet he didn't say HOW. If it is something as simple as putting in the console "setforceall 3, 4 or 5" or if it was some other key combination, he didn't give it.

Just a gripe I have about these forums is all.

*rant off*

I may be beeing really stupid here but the ~ key is the one also on the # key next to the : key yes? Because the key that brings down the console on my comp is ¬ which is above tab on a Win KB...... maybe thats your problem?
