Jackomack Posted April 1, 2002 Posted April 1, 2002 i just searched this entire forum (like 25 pages) and couldn't find a thread i saw at an earlier time that tells how to disable autoaim in singleplayer. could someone plz tell me? i may have missed the one out of the hundreds or so posts on the autoaim but after looking thru about 15 pages i got tired and ble... ~Jackomack

chiablo Posted April 1, 2002 Posted April 1, 2002 there is no autoaim... for the last freaking time! The cross hair will move based on your distance from your target. If you walk up to a wall, the crosshair will get closer to you, that's because the crosshair is on the wall, not through it like other FPS's. I believe they did this to make it easier for you in third person perspective. to disable it and become a total loser, I believe you can go to consol and type cg_dynamicCrosshair 0 you might be able to do this in the .cfg file as well.
