anybody play in character?

like, say i'm a stormtrooper, and i only use the trooper rifle and maybe mines. it's kinda fun, but a lot harder. makes a lot more sense than a trooper runnin' around with a saber =/

Yeah, I hate it when people run around with a lightsaber and it's like... a stormtrooper pilot. Well, there's only a handful of skins at the moment anyway, so, if it keeps things looking different until someone puts out a bunch more, more power to all parties concerned. Playing in character sounds kinda fun though.

 

If and when they do a goal-based team mod, I'm sure stormtroopers won't be allowed lightsabers, nor Jedis missile launchers. That'll be cool.

I play "incharacter" for me, but not so much the skin. When one is made, I'll be using an orange flightsuit, because in my head the person I play is a Jedi and a pilot. Weapon wise, I try to avoid guns, but SOMETIMES use them in certain circumstances
