Cutscene Lockup..need major help!

I have a major problem that won't stop on the detention center level..there's a switch that releases all the prisoners..Kyle says something like "It's not subtle, but they seem to be leaving" or something like that..my problem is that it locks up mid sentence at the same place every time..I can't continue! so what I need is either a skip cutscene/level code..or a fix to my problem! thanks..
