Tree
What is the problem with saber hits not regestering on multiplayer? Is it some kind of prediction setting? I dice through the newbs all day, only to be cut down by a lucky strong saber cut. It seems to me the collision detection works fine for the strong saber stance. Just wondering if when I see my lightsaber cutting through people and they don't even get hurt, if that is just what im seeing and not what is actually happening. If it isn't some kind of preditction seeting, then raven has some work to do on a patch. I am clearly swinging right through people with no effect. Very annoying. ]CkB[Polaris
the hardest thing about saber fighting is that I cant tell when I actually strike the player. I sort of expect to "feel" a hit, but that would remove the elegance of the fight. There isnt really any tangible knock back from a saber hit which can make a good fight a little muddy some times, imo.
Darf
You can tell if you've hurt them by the sound they make. All the models have distinct pain sounds for each level of health they have.

Tree
I can tell when I hit someone the problem is it doesnt register. I see my blade clearly run throught their neck or midsection, and they go away unscathed.
