SnowHeart Posted April 2, 2002 Share Posted April 2, 2002 Stupid question, but I've been struggling to figure these two questions out... When you're in a saber duel, and the blades lock... There is clearly a struggle to overpower your foe. How do you do this? Do you just start pushing the attack key rapidly, try to move forward... what helps you press your foe to the ground? Second question... I keep getting jammed up in Force Grips. Anyway to get out of these quicker, or do I just have to suck it up? Spider AL Posted April 2, 2002 Share Posted April 2, 2002 According to the manual, tapping your primary fire button rapidly is the basic way to win a sabre lock, but a lock can also be broken by Force Push at level 3. The higher your lightsabre offence skill, more likely you are to win the lock. Force Absorb is an excellent way to break a grip, it also gives you a large boost in mana when activated.
