The_BZA Posted April 2, 2002 Author Posted April 2, 2002 i really think im alone here.......the more i try to play the game with these tearing things, the more unplayable it becomes, i get headaches from trying to track enemy's through the tearing and the flashing....im gonna have to call tech support or just return the game, i have the second best video card on the market, i shouldnt have these crapy problems!!!!!!
azy Posted April 2, 2002 Posted April 2, 2002 Although there is no solution at the moment others with geforce 4 Ti are experiencing your exact problem. I found this, you may/may not find it helpful: http://www.guru3d.com/forum/read_msg.php?tid=5258&forumid=ubb2 Copied from last post in that link: Try this with all Q3 based games. switch on GL Extensions in system settings in the game itself, then open console and type \r_swapinterval 1. Make sure Vsync is enabled in advanced/OpenGL settings. That should do the trick !!!
