stuck on artus_topside

Stuck on level artus_topside (freeing prisoners)

I have just destroyed two ion cannons and recieved a message about taking out active at st's and to meet Jan. If I go back into the cargo bay with the at st's there is still a locked door on the top level just past the shield recharge unit with someone behind it as they shout when you shoot the door, the door has two red vertical stripes on it. I think thats the way I need to go as Ive tried every where else and the rest of the level appears empty, any help would be appeciated.

it's a bug in the game, should be fixed fairly soon though, we hope, just restart the level, and don't run from the at-st, try to run past it and into the building to the right.
