lt_eightball Posted April 2, 2002 Share Posted April 2, 2002 Thsi is sort of related to the other thread that Hallowse started but I just wanted to get straight to the heart of the matter: Is having the dismemberment code actually cheating and making the game easier for me to play through, or does it just up the body parts that go flying around when you swing? I'd rather beat Jedi Knight on without the code if does make it easier (it's a moral thing) but in my trials with the code on and off it really doesn't seem to make much of a difference, people get deaded when the lightsabre swings their way, but I want to make sure because I seem to swing though a group of stormtroopers pretty fast sometimes... Kordeth Posted April 5, 2002 Share Posted April 5, 2002 I'm pretty sure the possibility of an insta-kill climbs considerably when you activate the code--I killed Tavion in about 3 swings when I first faced her--but the same applies to attacks against you too--I got my head taken off by a lowly Reborn when I was at full health and shields.
