Shoppy sound durring CGI Movies.

durring the cut-scene that is actual Computer Graphics (rather than game engine scenes) (i mean like the movies of the ship taking off, landing and flying thru space on my way to the jedi training center) the sound is REALLY bad and choppy. is this cause i use an integrated sound card on my mobo? in my BIOS there is an option to turn Soundblaster on and off, its off by default and i have never had a problem with my sound before, but i have heard of soundblaster ****ing things up so bad in other system configuration settings stuff that i am scared to try it...any help?
