More combat moves

Hey all-

I was messin around today with bots, and discovered something interesting. You know how when you run or strafe into a wall and press jump? You either do a side flip or run up the wall and flip backwards. What I discovered was that these also do damage to enemies. You can run up to a foe, press jump, and walk right up his face! The death message is '(X) received a swift kick to the face from (Y)'
