I am hearing impaired and I was wondering if this game has captioning or text in the cutscenes and general gameplay, because if it doesn't there isn't much point in my playing. Thanks in advance.

you can definately turn them on in cutscenes, not 100% sure about the ingame voiceover stuff, but I *think* you can.
