Z_Malloc crashing error

has anyone fixed this? I've edited my .cfg file with no luck and no one seems to have any answers.

 

In case you're confused, the "Z_malloc" error occurs, for me at least, at the end of the cutscene where Mon Mothma is talking to Jan and Kyle about the mining colony. The game crashes to the desktop and I get some kind of "Z_Malloc" error message.
