Leaving the mining complex: Malloc error

Hi all,

 

I have just finished destroying the mining complex and have jumped on the transport to take me to the detention center. When the transport gets a few feet down the rail, the game locks up and the console in windows inidicates that JKII was unable to malloc a large negative number of memory. I will try and get a capture of the message, but it does not show up in the games.log. Any ideas? Are there commands for adjusting the amount of memory JKII allocates?

 

System specs:

 

P3 800

GF2

512Megs RAM

Win2k

No other programs running

350 megs of RAM available when starting JKII.
