Im new to skinning, I made one but Im confused....

Alright, so I made my first skin, a simple Darth Maul skin. It shows up fine and everything when Im playing multiplayer in my own created server with bots but when I connect to a game with other humans, it doesnt show up.

 

I guess what Im asking is, is there a way to make it show up in your internet online games?
