any chance of a patch for voodoo users?

JK2 team, is there any chance of getting a patch out for voodoo users to allow graphics to be displayed properly? I use a Voodoo 3 3000 card, and have no problems in the menus or in the game, except for text. The text on all of the menus is fine, but when i start a new mp game or join an mp game, the text just displays as blocks. Luckily, this doesn't render the game completely un-playable, but it is very annoying. Is there any chance that a patch will be released to fix this problem soon, and if so when?
