Yes, all you have to do is get a sound, rename it to whatever sound you want, and place it in the appropriate folder with your skin or model or whatever. I don't know if it has to be in .wav or .mp3 format for it to work, but I'll find out later. Also, other people will not hear it, I don't think. If you want other people to hear it, you might need to provide them with the sound. I'm a big sound editing guy. So, I do have some knowledge about sounds and stuff. I did a lot of PERSONAL work with new models and skins from Elite Force, specifically adding sounds to ones that did not have any. Anyway, there's my two cents worth.
