HC - Exar Kun
I have heard of allot of problems with servers not refreshing.... DSL problems... Cable problems.... Network game problems And all of these have one thing in common WINBLOWS NETWORKING Try updating to the latest software or drivers for your Modem, NIC, Router and also your MAINBOARD Or whatever else you may have. See if that solves the problem... If that doesn't work you are most likely running a firewall somewhere.... ( Either software firewalls, or some routers, switches, and hubs have them installed on a chip inside it and are hardware controlled through the driver ) Try re-configuring your firewall and opening some extra ports.... Also try searching the Microsoft web site for for networking updates, patches, etc.....

HC - Exar Kun
If yer on cable then you BETTER have a firewall.... Check your cable modem or NIC card software or consult the manual ( you should have gotten one ) Or check the service providers website for more info on thier software and your connection....
