Is there a command to slow speed of players down?

Like there are console commands in HL mods to slow down player speeds. Is it possible in this game too? if yes then could some one type the command line?

I haven't tried it in JKII, but in Quake III games it is:

g_speed xxx

 

example:

\g_speed 50
