Server font color / # of text lines in client

I noticed when I played on my server, and I "said" something through my server, that the text was white, and hard to differentiate from normal fighting text.

 

Is there any way to change the server font color?

 

Also, on my MP client, I only read three lines of chat at one time, which means chat text scrolls by rather fast and I am constantly SHIFT+~ 'ing to find out what someone said a second ago. Anyway to show more lines of text at once??
