Weapons arena mod

It would be really cool if someone could make a weapon arena mod for mp. The mod would allow you to set what weapons you spawn with and what weapon/s are present in the level by changing the existing weapons and ammo packs to those that you select in the mod menu, so you can have a level with every one using only blaster rifles and thermal detonators etc..
