TheStorm Posted April 7, 2002 Share Posted April 7, 2002 OK i was screwing around with my Episode I DVD because I cant wait for AoTC. I was in the Deleted Scenes Documentry and after they are done talking about each scene that was in the menu they showed some deleted scenes that you cant just choose and watch like all the others. They show the infamous deleted scene of the extened Duel of the fates scene. The three are fighting then Maul does a back flip up to the next level of catwalks ( this is a missing scene if I forgot to tell you) listen to him when it shows him half way up you hear the excact whooshing sound in JKII, just thought that was cool, so its just not some fake game thing maybe when some do a powerful force jump it makes that sound its in Episode I, and no that is not the reason why they cut out that scene Lucas said he loved it but it was too long. There was an extened hangar duel of the fates scene, and pictures of the part where Obi runs up a wall to avoid maul and does a back flip behind him and contiunues fighting, and when they first break out fighting they show more of that fight, and as well as the one with the wooshing sound, I wish they would of kept those scenes in that Duel of the fates scene ruled!
