Creston Posted April 7, 2002 Share Posted April 7, 2002 Several times now, I have noticed the following. I'll be in the midst of a battle (it never happens when I'm just walking around), and I'll hit escape to pause (and go to the menu). I'll leave the menu on for awhile (about 15-30 mins), then come back and continue playing. I hit the resume button, the screen where I was flickers back for about half a second, and then it jumps back to the menu like before, with one exception. There is no longer a resume button. Hitting escape at that point makes the game think you wish to quit, and it asks you so. There is no longer any way for you to continue playing where you were. The only thing that can be done is reloading a savegame. I would think that this is a bug, and if so,it's actually a showstopper.. I THINK that during the few times it happened, I had Force Speed on when I went into the menu. I know for sure that was the case the last time it happened, I'm not too sure about the previous times. My apologies if this bug has been reported before, or if it's not a bug at all.. Not sure if Raven even reads these? If so, and you want some more info, feedback, just pop me a message or an email.
