laggy g_synchronousclients 1

Whenever I turn synchronousclients on stuff starts to really lag, someone posted a script a little while ago that was supposed to take away lag but I couldn't get it to work. could someone please repost the script with instructions on how to use it?

I guess you put g_syncro.... to 1 cus you want to record demos, right? Why else do it?

If that is the case... just put g_syncro.. to 0 again after you started the demorecording.
