what is command for dedicated server

what is the command to start a dedicated sever through a shortcut of jkmp.exe

 

this is what it is right now

"C:\Games\Jedi Outcast\GameData\jk2mp.exe" +exec server.cfg

 

do i need to put a line in my server.cfg or is it another +cmd to be added

When hosting your own dedicated server, should you be able to run the multiplayer game and type

 

/connect localhost:28070

 

into the console and it connects?
