mirrorfloor like in the screens and trailers??

How do i get the mirrorfloor?

If u dont know what i mean.. look @ this:

I have a crappy Voodoo3 now... going to buy i new graphiccard soon.

 

Maybe its a consol command, or is it as simple as turning the detail to max, or special textures??

Anyone know?
