SP skin replacement?

I have tried to replace the kyle skin in sp with luke but every time I go into the game it still looks the exact same what should I do:confused: please help

Umm yeah I tried to edit the strormtroopers skin... No luck.

 

Can anyone give some details on changing the SP skins?

Like the files in the pk3 are jpeg files but the .skin file points to .tga files? So which is it?

I have my modified files in the correct subdirectorys under the base directory, but nothing changes.

 

Please, some tips?

Yeah, I'd really like to know, too. I've tried different things, but he still shows up as Kyle. I want to use the Sith Warrior skin (blackened Reborn) desperately.
