I have paint shop pro 7, Q3Radiant 2002, q3base, SOF2skinmod..is that enough? How would i go by making my own skin??? i got all the files extracted..but from there, i have no clue on what 2 do next..i've read some tutorials online already, but im a dumb and i can't really follow it LOL...any help would be great...
