NS Streets...After Blown Bridge

I'm at NS Streets, i just killed the grenade guy standing in the middle of a cross bridge which blew up the middle of it. I jumped accross, and now there doesnt seem to be anywhere to go. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

There's nothing you can do over there. I did the same thing you did. You need to go back a little bit to the room with the windows on the celing. On the roof in the corner is an almost hidden elevator.
