carlcmc
While I have yet to play MP, I have been playing SP all day and thought I'd share some of my fun techniques and ask you guys to share some of yours. When fighting enemies in SP one of the coolest combos (and works on light saber wielding opponents) is the grip + lift + throw combo. You wait for them to approach and then quickly press and hold grip, flick your mouse up high and then hit push as soon as you let go of grip. this sometimes can take half of a force meter but it many times can kill an opponent outright from the fall. I Another technique that is similar is to grip them while they are close, lift just a fraction and let go and hit push. this will knock them down and you can run over and overhead strike them while they recover. Beware if you hold grip too long against some jedi's they will ofcourse reverse it. I've successfully used this against all but desaan. Another neat techinque is to force grip and opponent and then throw your saber at them while still holding them. Works better against non saber opponents but i have had it works against the jedis. Another great tactic for duels is to grab the high ground and as the try to jump up to you force push them away. Depending on how powerful they are they will land on their back or feet. Less powerful jedi can be killed by waiting till they are at the apex of the jump above you then force pushing them up higher and away, causing them to fall to their death. I've found that waiting and letting them come to you is so much more effective. Another fun tactic is to use force pull while they are in mid air and then strike them down in midair or when they fall on their back.
Wes Janson SMR
I've killed Tavion and Luke, simply by gripping them, looking straight up, letting go - directly followed up by a strong Force Push. They plummet to their untimely demise in a very quick fashion. Probably won't work on MP, though. ;-)
Monnnster
It doesn't. I haven't really played much SP, but I'm guessing that players are much healthier than SP NPC's.
