Difference between 'g_saberRealisticCombat 1' and 'g_dismemberment 5'

What differences should I see between these two commands?

i think saberealistic combat makes characters die really fast in one hit, and also the dark jedi, they get cut in half in one swipe, and so do you. the dismemberment i think tunes how badly or how often pieces of enemies go flying

src makes it where the saber is realistic.

 

just because tavion has more HP than me doesn't mean that one swipe across her body wouldn't kill her.

Realistic means if you touch the saber with the body, the body will die.

Does anybody know how you set the disremberment default?
