Stuck: Cairn Dock1 (maybe spoilers)

im stuck on the part AFTER you turn out the lights and go through the electrified place, at the room with two squad leaders with rockets and three regular troopers, plus an officer and an astromech droid. theres a door that i need a key to, and another one thats sealed, and the elevator in the middle where the troopers come from wont go down again. i have no clue whatsoever to do.. any help is apreciated

Sounds like you took an elevator up, then the ceiling glass broke and the droid came down.

 

If so, this is the right place. However, it appears you did not get the key card to open the door.

 

Go back down the elevator and go straight to the door. Follow hallway to next door and enter room (guys in here). Then up catwalk to left and kill guy in room and get key card.

er... no. but i found out my problem -- the keycard was on the box the officer was standing next to. found that out when i was loading a save for the fiftieth time, and randomly force pulling the officer and jumping around like a crazed, rabid bunny on caffeine.
