Keybind for walk/run toggle?

If this has been posted somewhere can someone please give me linkage?

 

I would like to be able to switch to walk only for parts of my duels for finer control of my shots. Plus it's easier to teach others, I just don't want to have to reconfig my setup between training and playing.

 

Yes I know I'm lazy.

for running toggle:

 

bind 'KEY' "cl_run !"

eg.

bind SHIFT "cl_run !"

 

the SHIFT key will now toggle running on and off.
