Deboze Posted April 11, 2002 Share Posted April 11, 2002 I editied JK1 extensively and in JK1 there was an ovveride directory, (you know, resorce/cogs) is there one in JK2? If not, how do I implement my editing? (IE how do I make my weapons.dat work) and also, if I downloaded a skin pack, hwo do i change my skin? The lower the letter in the alphabet will ensure that your file will be used b/c it will get read last. As far as selecting a skin from a skin pack, I think you select it the same way you select any default skin in-game. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I couldn't belive people were still submitting stuff for a 5 year old game when I checked out massassi.net, but sadly, it's true. JK1's engine was very primitive and indeed much different than the engines we use today. And, unfortunately, there has been much wasted talent from people who still make mods for the dated game...
