Getting A Command To Repeat Constantly

Is there a way that you can get a command to repeat every second? For example putting the command "give force" in your autoexec file but typing an additional line to get the command to repeat constantly?

You could make an alias-type thing where your walk forward key actually does "+forward;give force" or something

I've been toying with this for changing my saber colour, unfortunately it seems combining any command with a + command (eg. bind x +forward; commandhere) has some scary side effects O_o.
