Low Rent
Anyone using a 5 button mouse (ie MS intellimouse) have a good setup for mouse buttons primarily for saber dueling? I messed around with a few different configs last night but none seemed intuitive.
Fyunch Click
It depends on what you consider intuitive. My Multiplayer setup is completely different from my single player setup. In Multi I use Button1: Pri Attack Button 2. Alt Attack Button 3: Change stance Scroll: Change weapon Button 4: Protect Button 5: Absorb Single player is a completely different setup. It just depends on what YOU find comfy!
pcmacman
Same thing as above, except I have push and pull on the side of the mouse.
MarS_888
I've my middle mouse to 'use force' while my left side button is set to pull and my right side button is set to push. The rest of the forcepowers are on the keyboard (most being doubled up for example: q = grip & absorb)

jmcdavel
I have a logitech mouse, and other than the two main buttons for prim/secondary attack I use: wheel button - Drain (Dark) or Heal (Light) left side button on side of mouse - Saber stance wheel - roll forwards for Push and towards me for Pull Works very nice. Genesi
Mouse 1 - Primary attack Mouse 2 - Sec attack Mouse 3 - Saber Stance Mouse 4 (left side) - Use Force Mouse 5 (Right side) - Force Push Mouse Wheel - Select force power I use only the lightsaber in battle (rarely a gun) so I use the wheel for my force powers. Cheshirefiend
How do you get the 4th and 5th mouse buttons to work. Does something need to be done in windows?
KoDoS
By default those 2 buttons are bound to forward and back for web-browsing...but those keys don't really translate to anything that Quake understands. (stay with me) What I've done is change them to be Page Up and Page Down, (Use the intellipoint software to do that) so that the game now thinks I've bound Page Up/Down 'keys' when I'm actually using the mouse. Pretty Tricky.
