ThePeople'sJedi
I know there was a thread on these boards on this subject but i can't seem to find it. I'm getting a little tired of seeing just blue and red. So anyhow, is there a way to change the color of a bots saber in mp? Any help would be much appreciated. JediMouse
Pull the file out of the botfiles directory in your assets0.pk3 file; I think it's called bot.txt or something. Edit it with a text editor, and change the numbers next to each bot's saber colour, as follows: 0 red 1 orange 2 yellow 3 green 4 blue 5 purple Have fun! ~JediMouse~

JediMouse
Oh, sorry. Then you'd have to reinsert the file into the .pk3 package. Make sure the directory information stays the same, so it's in the same place. If you started by extracting the file with directories intact, it should be within a directory "botfiles" within "base." When you've made your edits, go back up into the base dir. (I'm assuming you're using WinZip) Right click on the botfiles dir, select add to zip, and type the filename of the assets0.pk3. If this screws you up, I'm very sorry, but please don't blame me. I'm doing this from memory, and all such game editing is unsupported and unrecommended, remember? ~JediMouse~
ThePeople'sJedi
Thanks for the advice buddy. I'll give it a try tonight. Hey, you wouldn't happen to be a Maple Leafs fan?
JediMouse
Sorry. I know it's just not natural for an honest Canadian man, but I'm just not a hockey fan. ~JediMouse~
