spawn dem entities

I've searched the forum, found pleanty of threads about this error, I was just wondering if there is a fix for it yet, or at least an upcoming patch. I get it at the close of the first level.

geforce ti200 w/ the 28.32s (i know these drivers are funky, but they sped everything up compared to the 23's)

has anyone else found a fix for this problem? Or is there a way to list the sp maps so i can just use the console to move on?
