Supply keys open up little boxes/crates with lights on them. just go up to the lighted part, look or crouch down and press ctrl. the side will open and you will get something...they are NOT necessary for beating the game. The security key is used to open doors with a little round thing next to them. The round thing looks like a bowl on the wall with a dot in the middle. Go up to that and press ctrl.
