I am having a hard time with that myself. You might try adorning one arm in a similar way as the face. Alike patterns, maybe. I were to discourage you from adorning both arms. Mirroring styling is seen too often, methinks. I do not much recognize the marks on his face, given a picture of lower quality, but they look like mere white stripes to me. Try to make some more of it. E.g. alien-style symbols. (again I would suggest to avoid symetrical pattern) The pants look "ok", but no more. Try to add some metallic parts...Some of which may hold the saber when it is turned off and unequipped. (So, wrap them around only one leg). Those metallic parts should have the same color as the saber hilt. Right now that hilt does not fit him, style-wise (His suit color differs too much from the hilt color). (You might as well apply alike metallic parts to his red belt, collar, gloves and boots. Avoid exaggeration, though) Oh...And better change the hair-color a little. From a distance it would rather look like a cap which is matching his suit.
