Help!

Someone mind helping me with this problem? The game freezes and completely stops out with this error message.. right after you see that dark jedi lizard guy tell his assistant to get the troops ready for the valley of the jedi, it goes almost half way thru the loading process, and then jets you out of the game... and this is in the console screen.

I don't know what else to do, I've reinstalled, uninstalled, and installed again... checked the byte sizes...

I'm stuck... this game is so bug ridden it scares me.
