The clothes are a mod of the "Jedi" skin, and I'm not sure consider them finished at all, but your opinions on the face are more important to me. Skin tone/details? Thanks, folks.

up close the face looks perfect, but in the distance shots it's a little bright, the only thing I could suggest for that would be to darken the shading on the face a little bit, since most skins are seen at some distance for the bulk of the time on a server, but other than that, it looks great. Nice Job

You could try to increase the contrast of his face.

Or, enhance the shading manually.

 

Accentuate his cheek-bones (and other prominent features).

Imagine there is a strong lightsource somewhere above him and apply shadows accordingly.

 

(But make sure to keep backups of your current work !)
