Refidgeration room

I have been thruough the big refridgeration room and through the door on the other side and all it does is lead me up a flight of stairs to where I entered the fridge room.

I cant find any doors or and way out of this area.

Any help would be great.

Once you go through the door in the refrigeration room there is a hidden door to the right of the stairs, I don't remember exactly what it does, after that go back up and get back into the refrigeration room and walk along the edge. climb up the arm that extends from the center of the room and there is a vent duct you can enter, i think you can get it from there.
