Step 1) Put points into absorb Step 2) Assign a hotkey to absorb Step 3) Press this key upon being drained, gripped, pushed, pulled, or in any other way beaten around by other force powers. Easy as that bud. I'm sure there is a guide out there that explains force powers, but I'd bet you'd learn a lot more simply going into a duel server. Go into a server with a lot of players and spectate players to see how they use their force powers. That alone will teach you better than any guide can.
