My Reborn skin pack...

I'm having trouble with some Reborn skins that i'm making for this pack. For some reason the torso on every single reborn model is flipped front on back (the chest is on his back and his back is on his chest) it doesn't matter what i do...if i just edit the color without moving anything around the torso is still flipped wrong, I've gone through the .skin file...found nothing, i tried opening the .glm file to see if it was a problem in there but opening it results in my system not responding, and i can't seem to find any other file in which something might have gone wrong. Can anyone please help me out?
