Ripper45 Posted April 16, 2002 Share Posted April 16, 2002 I am trying to host a game not as a dedicated server....i have dedicated server set to no ...pure server set to yes!!!.....my buddy doesn't see me on the internet screen!!!...when I press esc in game and go to the about icon...it says I am local host and no ip address!!! If you know your ip address or know how to get it,just give that to your friends and tell them to add it to their favorites(new favorite).then tell them to switch the sourse from internet to favorites and your server will show up then,,,,,ok? post back if i need to explain farther. hope this helps you. peace Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
