Port Settings

Are the ports that are supposed to be opened up on the router 28060 (heartbeat) and 28070 (game)? Also is the heartbeat port supposed to be opened up as TCP or UDP?

28070:28080 tcp/udp

28060:28062 tcp/udp

 

That's from one of the forums or FAQ listsings somewhere. I don't recall if it requires tcp or not. That's an inclusive range as well.
